Returns and refunds are only available for damaged or defective products.
For any issue regarding an order, send a message, ideally with a photo attached, within 10 days of the ship date for Canadian and US orders or within 15 days for international orders so the issue can be resolved quickly.
We don't offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition that it was received, and must also be in the original packaging.
When getting in touch about an issue, please be sure to include photos for reference. All returns are handled on a case by case basis. Shipping costs are not covered for a returned item. and returns should be received within 30 days.
